We are looking for a highly motivated team member to lead and further develop our enterprise-wide capability for identifying, prioritizing and reducing cyber risk. This role combines technical depth and process ownership , ensuring that vulnerabilities and security exposures across IT, cloud, application, configuration and OT environments are managed in a risk-based, scalable and transparent manner.

Your responsibilities
- Lead projects to further develop vulnerability management
- Develop and optimize vulnerability scans based on current threat landscapes
- Support the analysis of software for vulnerabilities and the further development of integrations into build tools and DevSecOps practices
- Responsibility for the automated detection of vulnerabilities and for operating Fresenius vulnerability scanners for IT, cloud, and Active Directory
- Analysis of vulnerability findings, support prioritization, and advise internal departments on remediation measures
- Completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT security; strong knowledge of vulnerability scanning or penetration testing is an advantage
- Experience in operating and monitoring vulnerability scanners, vulnerability management platforms, and security assessment tools, e.g. Tenable, Qualys, or ServiceNow
- Knowledge in implementing automation using tools and scripting languages
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, teamwork skills, and an independent working style
- Business-fluent proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
