OPEX Manager Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Drive OPEX and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain Optimize inventory levels and parameters (e.g. safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes) Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs (e.g. Inventory Turns, Service Level, Working Capital) Analyze, standardize, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes Support and contribute to supply chain transformation projects (e.g. 3PL outsourcing, network optimization) Build and maintain reporting tools and advanced Excel/BI models Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Quality Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably with focus on inventory, planning, or process optimization Strong analytical mindset and confident handling of data (Excel, ideally SAP/BI tools) Project management experience and proficient use of project management tools, ability to plan, execute, coordinate and manage complex global projects Experience in process improvement (Lean / OPEX mindset) Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and German Fine interpersonal, networking and teamwork skills Critical thinking, solution oriented and proactive work style Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills We offer
