Your responsibilities:Act as a strategic HR partner (m/f/d) for leaders in your assigned area, preparing and enabling people-related business decisionsTake responsibility for both your own dedicated business area and cross-unit projects, balancing ownership with contributionLead and contribute to international HR initiatives such as the integration of new business units, consolidation of business functions, building leadership capability in growth markets, and driving culture and engagement during changeDeliver on global HR cycles such as performance management, talent reviews, and engagement activitiesPlay a key role in leadership development, from succession planning to strengthening the skills of our managers and future leadersSupport talent acquisition for senior/key roles, ensuring strong leadership pipelinesYour profile:You have at least 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience in a multinational companyDegree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Economics, Social Sciences)Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, matrix organisationsFluent English and intercultural competence (German is a plus but not mandatory)Curiosity, openness, and the ability to collaborate across cultures and levelsExperience with Sales & Marketing organisationsExperience in MedTech, Biopharma, or LifescienceCoaching skills, ideally with formal trainingProject management expertise, Change management experienceBackground in a Centre of Expertise role, ideally Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits
