This role combines analytical expertise with commercial acumen to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness across the organization.Your AssignmentsSales Force Effectiveness (SFE): Lead customer segmentation, optimize sales team structures, design territory alignments, and manage incentive schemes to improve targeting, coverage, and performanceMarket Analytics: Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer segmentation to inform strategic decisionsPerformance Metrics: Define and track KPIs across commercial functions, identify gaps, and recommend improvementsBusiness Development Assessments: Support strategic initiatives through data-driven evaluations of new opportunities, partnerships, and product launchesTechnology Scouting: Collaborate with IT and innovation teams to assess emerging tools that enhance commercial effectivenessStrategic CRM Insights: Partner with the CRM Administrator to extract actionable insights from CRM data for leadership and field teamsYour ProfileBachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness or similar rolesAdvanced Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM reporting, forecasting, incentive modelingStrategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, data storytelling, project management, collaborationExcellent English skills (written and spoken)
