Your responsibilities:
Innovation Management / Business Development:
- Drive ideation stage of new product concept ideas through cross functional idea scoping teams and bring them to a decision on time with required quality.
- Define and propose new ideas to Innovation Board with business rational and potential by using right internal expertise or market data.
- Plan and organize idea generation (idea jams, think tank, design thinking, Hectaron, etc.) sessions globally and moderate team to bring them into a final decision.
- Join external innovation, ideation forums and bring new ideas in for cross functional assessment.
- Support investigation of external growth opportunities through Merger & Acquisitions, in-licensing, strategic partnerships, etc.
- Lead and support identifying and assessing new business opportunities (e.g. new products, services, indications) and lifecycle management ideas.
- Build, strengthen and maintain network(s) with internal and external potential partners.
Strategic Planning:
- Coordinate and drive BUN strategic initiatives with cross functional scoping teams, conduct scenario building and report to BUN Management for decision making.
- Coordinate Enteral Nutrition and Keto category strategy development involving relevant functions for senior management reporting.
- Create new launch codes by aligning Portfolio Strategy and Strategic Marketing to ensure seamless MTS planning cycles.
- Maintain internal planning with highest quality on product segmentation.
- Regular reporting of trends, market, customer, and competitor insights to senior management.
- Prepare financial business plans by building on market, customer, and competitor insights and by involving cross functional team, and bring them to senior management for final decision.
Your profile:
- You hold a university degree in Business administration, industrial engineering, Natural sciences (preferably nutritional science), food engineering/technology (MBA degree a plus).
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in innovation management, competitor monitoring, strategic planning, product and/or portfolio management, marketing in Clinic nutrition, Bio Tech or FMCG (Food) in global scale.
- You have gained profound knowledge and experience in the healthcare market and pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the category of clinical nutrition.
- You have the ability to moderate workshops through all levels of hierarchy.
- You have excellent skills in identifying and defining business opportunities, structuring complex topics, and moderating discussions.
- You have experience in developing financial plans and working with financial data for business plan development.
- You bring expertise in trend, market, and competitor insights analysis.
- You have very good skills regarding MS Office.
- You are proficient in the English language (written & spoken), German language skills are a plus.
