Objective of the role:
This role aims to holistically manage product functionalities and take responsibility for defined and aligned project and product roadmaps, including all products within scope – from production through to end-of-life.
Your responsibilities:
- End-to-end (E2E) responsibility, i.e. from initiation (definition) to successful establishment (market availability) of products (functionalities) and solutions
- Oversight of the definition, design, implementation, and go-to-market strategy of an integrated solution for a specific target product or functionality
- Coordination of the involved value streams as well as key project stakeholders
- Consideration of all project decisions with regard to the overall product portfolio and corporate strategy
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and product cost targets during decision-making
- Fostering a culture of innovation by involving diverse stakeholders through innovation, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration across different business areas
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or university degree; PhD/MBA or specialized further education; ideally an engineering degree with experience in scientific work, preferably in medical technology/biotechnology
- In-depth expertise in the development of medical products, including therapeutic and regulatory understanding; ideally experience in hemodialysis or related medical technology fields
- Proven project management skills with at least 3–5 years of experience, including leading complex projects and presenting project results internally
- Holistic, structured, and analytical mindset with a high level of personal responsibility: ability to independently develop solutions, consider processes and capacities, set priorities, and flexibly adapt to changing requirements
- Understanding of market value and positioning of medical solutions
- Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to undertake occasional international travel, attend trade fairs, and make regular domestic business trips
