The Director Pricing, Contract and Tenders (PCT) is responsible for delivering the global roll out of pricing, tender and contract systems in coordination with other parallel initiatives within Fresenius Kabi. This role will ensure the systems are built as per industry standards meeting stakeholders and business users needs and is also well integrated into other areas of company's ecosystem. The role will ensure objectives are achieved within agreed **scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk parameters**. The role acts as a central coordination point between CommEx, IT/technical teams, and external partners, driving structured execution, governance, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle including required documentation. This role will also own the enhancements and maintenance of the tender and contracting systems and will ensure high end user satisfaction (maintaining a balance between standardization and customization) ## Ihre Aufgaben Requirement ownership - Own the business requirements from initiation to closure - Leads the development based on requirements with internal and external stakeholders - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies - Track progress against scope, cost, quality, and timelines; proactively manage deviations - Ensure delivery of agreed project outcomes aligned with the commercial PCT lead System delivery - Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, vendors, and commercial PCT lead - Provide clear, concise, and regular project reporting to commercial PCT lead - Ensures system is delivered in agreed scope, time and budget Risk, Issue & Dependency Management - Identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies early - Define mitigation plans and escalate when required - Ensure proper documentation and decision tracking Enhancements including AI enablement - Leads development and enablement of AI modules and features in line with company policy and guidelines - Leads enhancements of tender and contracting system in line with business needs of optimization and maintaining standardization guidelines (ensuring system stability) Integration and enhancements - Responsible for integration of tender and contracting system with other peripheral system in SAP, CRM etc - Ensuring right balance between business output and integration needs - Leads the enhancements of the systems in coordination with other workstreams maintaining a fine balance between system stability and business needs Support and operational set up - Lead the set up of operational support models ie L1, L2 and L3 support - Ensure regular tracking and reporting of support tickets - Ensure high level of end user satisfaction - Set up and conduct regular training sessions Documentation & Quality Management - Support or coordinate creation of key project documentation (e.g., BRS, FRS, user stories, UAT plans, cutover plans) - Ensure completion of project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with agreed standards - Regular reporting on project status slides and presentations including maintenance of project management tools - Maintain the required documentation in Jira and other such documentation and project tools ## Ihr Profil Functional Expertise - At least 15 years of techno-functional professional experience, preferably in Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, or complex matrix organizations - Experience in global system roll outs including set up of robust support models ie L1, L2, L3 - At least 10 years of hands-on experience on tech projects - Experience managing IT-enabled, system implementation, or process transformation projects is a strong advantage - Experience in AI based tools is needed - International exposure, especially in a multicultural set up required Desired Qualifications - University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields. - Salesforce, Microsoft tech stack experience, Database knowledge required ## Wir bieten Fresenius Kabi bietet Ihnen eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle am Standort Bad Homburg in einem internationalen, innovativen Umfeld mit Möglichkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit in globalen Projekten und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Fachkompetenz. ## Kontakt **Fresenius Kabi** Else-Kröner-Straße 1 61352 Bad Homburg [karriere.fresenius.de](http://karriere.fresenius.de) [Jetzt online bewerben](https://apply.jcd.de/Apply.php?iJobAdID=106379&tc=3-11)
