Drive financial excellence and capital efficiency at Fresenius Kabi.
At Fresenius Kabi, we are committed to improving patient care by providing high-quality healthcare products. Our global operations demand a robust financial strategy, and we are looking for a Senior Manager Corporate Finance to help drive capital efficiency and ensure our financial processes are aligned with our ambitious growth and transformation plans.

• Lead the Investment Committee (IC) process : You will be at the forefront of decision-making by orchestrating the IC process for Fresenius Kabi, ensuring that investments are aligned with our strategic goals.
• Drive capital efficiency : You will establish financial guidelines and guardrails to guide the organization’s capital investments. This includes reviewing business cases, conducting post-implementation tracking, and providing continuous capital expenditure analysis to ensure we are maximizing returns on investments.
• Support M&A activities : In this key role, you will provide critical financial insights by reviewing business cases and transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions, helping to ensure strategic alignment and value creation.
• Enhance processes and tools : You will play a vital role in improving financial processes and driving the implementation of new software tools. A key focus will be on driving the front-end strategy for capital expenditure (Capex), ensuring that the organization is equipped with the best tools and processes for success.

What we’re looking for

• Academic qualifications : A successfully completed business degree (Master’s or equivalent) or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive experience : At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance/controlling within an internationally active company.
• Technical skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), as well as expertise in SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW.
• Language proficiency : Fluent in English , both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset : You possess a structured work style with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers.
• Problem-solving abilities : You thrive on finding solutions to complex challenges and are skilled at communicating these in a clear and understandable way.
• Initiative and collaboration : A high level of initiative , combined with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively in teams.
