Knowledge Lawyer - Banking & Finance (m / w / x)

Responsibilities:

1. Overhead cost Controlling for some areas of the DACH Cluster, ensuring adherence to financial policies and driving efficiency, accuracy and fostering collaboration to achieve financial objectives.
2. Deep analysis on People Costs and non-people cost, such as T&E, temporary labor and company vehicles.
3. Offer constructive challenges and financial insights, monitoring risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
4. Support Finance transformation, driving continuous improvement of tools, processes, and reports.
5. Digitalization of Overheads scope.
6. Partnering with board members and HRBPs.

Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration with specialization in finance.
2. 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance / controlling.
3. Strong communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
4. Entrepreneurial thinking, challenging mindset and process optimization mentality.
5. High flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilience.
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, Tagetik and Power BI is a plus.
7. Fluent language skills in German and English.
