Requirements

  • Filling internal positions from C-level to managers and experts to individual contributors.
  • Active sourcing.
  • Conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
  • Contract management and advice on employment law issues.
  • Designing on- and offboarding processes.
  • Conducting employee and development interviews.
  • Promoting corporate culture.
  • Employer branding in collaboration with the marketing department.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Completed studies in the field of human resources or a comparable qualification would be a plus.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources.
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and contract law.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • High social skills and empathy.
  • Reliability and hands-on mentality.

Hiring Process

  2. Onsite interview (1.5 hours) for an in-depth discussion.
  3. Remote case study on a real HR topic (tailored to candidate’s experience and expertise).
  4. Follow-up: Review of the case study with Kian and meet with the wider team if the case study was successful.
