You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with modern AI capabilities to design and build intelligent solutions that improve customer experiences, automate complex processes, accelerate development, developed, tested, operated, and experienced by users. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and implement scalable, secure, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions. /li liBuild high-quality Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, integrations, and automation. /li liLeverage Salesforce’s evolving AI capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, AI-powered automation, and intelligent agents, where appropriate. /li liIdentify opportunities to apply generative AI and intelligent automation to business processes and developer workflows. /li liDesign solutions that combine Salesforce data, enterprise systems, APIs, and AI services. /li liEvaluate AI use cases and translate business problems into practical, scalable technology solutions. /li liApply AI-assisted software development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and incident resolution. /li liAnalyse technical complexity, architectural risks, security considerations, data quality, and scalability. /li liContribute to technical architecture and participate in discussions around the future evolution of the Salesforce platform. /li liDevelop and maintain automated tests and ensure robust engineering standards. /li liInvestigate and resolve technical incidents and production issues. /li liContinuously identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce solutions through automation, AI, simplification, and modern engineering practices. /li liCreate and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including architecture decisions and AI solution designs. /li liMentor developers and actively share knowledge across the engineering community. /li liStay current with emerging developments in Salesforce, AI, LLMs, intelligent /h3 h3Salesforce Engineering /h3 ul liStrong experience with Salesforce development and implementation. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, integrations, and Salesforce automation. /li liStrong understanding of Enterprise Patterns and Salesforce architecture. /li liExtensive experience with automated testing and engineering best practices. /li liExperience analysing and resolving Salesforce technical incidents. /li liStrong understanding of Salesforce multitenant architecture, governor limits, security, and scalability. /li liAbility to contribute to and challenge Salesforce architectural decisions. /li liPractical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI-powered automation. /li liExperience using AI coding assistants or AI-enabled developer tools. /li liUnderstanding of how enterprise data can be securely used with AI. /li liFamiliarity with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, or comparable Salesforce AI technologies. /li liUnderstanding of AI considerations including security, privacy, hallucination, grounding, governance, evaluation, and responsible AI. /li liAbility to identify appropriate AI use cases and distinguish them from situations where traditional software engineering is the better solution. /li /ul h3Software Engineering /h3 ul liFull-stack development experience and the ability to deliver high-quality software components. /li liFamiliarity with Java or .NET/C# development. /li liStrong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software
