Responsibilities:

1. Manage the maintenance team effectively.
2. Ensure the technical availability of production facilities.
3. Release new and revised maintenance plans.
4. Identify and implement optimization potential in maintenance.
5. Implement measures to increase maintenance efficiency, considering VPS specifications.
6. Report key maintenance figures monthly and pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Completed technical training or a comparable qualification, with further training in metal or electrical sectors (technician or master craftsman).
2. Several years of professional maintenance experience preferred.
3. Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and CAD applications.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of machine safety.
5. Fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English.
