Responsibilities:

1. Management of facility management processes, projects and agreements along the real estate life cycle (global).
2. Planning and implementation of projects to maintain value as well as long-term maintenance and investment planning for existing buildings, including cost/budget responsibility.
3. Site responsibility and cross-building management to ensure compliance with defined needs, requirements, standards, regulations and legal guidelines.
4. Participation in the development of strategic service providers incl. contract design (SLA).
5. Management, control, contract controlling and evaluation of service providers using key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Performing the interface function between building users and service providers.

Qualifications:

1. Successfully completed university studies related to facility management, real estate management or comparable training with at least 3 years of professional experience.
2. Willingness to travel internationally, flexibility and intercultural competence.
3. Strong argumentation and communication skills as well as negotiation skills in dealing with customers, service providers and suppliers.
4. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, performance and goal orientation as well as a willingness to take responsibility with a team-oriented way of working.
5. Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
6. Confident and convincing appearance, assertiveness.
7. Knowledge of the digitalization of FM processes.
8. Confident handling of SAP S4 Hana module PM/PS / CAFM systems / MS Office.
