Responsibilities:

• Build IT services based on client needs
• Advise on technology best practices
• Plan project timelines
• Partner with Business Process Owners/Managers
• Contribute to Design Coordination, Service Catalogue, Service Level, Supplier, Availability, Capacity Management, and Service Pipeline
• Manage IT Service Design processes and governance
• Define IT landscape architecture considering future trends
• Streamline solutions across business processes
• Design Service Levels and manage suppliers
• Help establish a high-performance IT organization

Qualifications:

• University degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Over 5 years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of business models
• Expertise in Machine Connectivity and IIOT Integration
• Experience in Data Integration and Automation
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP DM, and related integration services
• Proficiency in technical interfaces like TRfc, AS2, OFTP2, and others
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and infrastructure systems
• Knowledge of EDI processes and automotive supply chain processes
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Leadership and Problem Solving:

• Proactive team leadership and problem resolution skills
• Contribute to IT architecture and strategy occasionally
• Mentor and train colleagues
• Drive IT and business change initiatives

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Effective communication within complex projects
• Ability to reach consensus and work independently
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and respect
