## Specialist Procurement (f/m/d)Applylocations: Weinheimtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_ **Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Independent price/contract negotiations with existing and new suppliers, also under contractual aspects (consignment stock, quality guidelines, non-disclosure agreements, supply contracts, etc.) to ensure supply* Identification of alternative sources of procurement with the aim of minimizing replenishment times, inventories and costs while adhering/improving the quality standard* Inquiries for components and subcontracting, review of offers, preparation of offer comparisons and benchmark requests* Creation of sample and initial sample orders for external purchased components and subcontracting services, tracking delivery dates and coordination between suppliers and internal requestors/affected departments.* Creation of orders and scheduling agreements* Contact person in purchasing for processing inquiries from the Customer Relationship module* Creation and maintenance of master data (suppliers / products)* Support of the internal QA departments in the event of supplier complaints* Coordination of queries between suppliers and internal departments such as development, process technology or QM* Participation in project meetings and supplier visits# Qualifications:* Commercial training required* Professional experience in purchasing required* English and German language skills, both written and spoken* Basic knowledge of seals and their components advantageous* Proficiency in the SAP MM module and common Office programs The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
