Responsibilities:

1. Participation in machines and systems: Support the development and procurement of machines, systems and tools for cost-effective series production.
2. Technology and efficiency: Be part of the further development of our manufacturing technologies and contribute to the improvement of production processes.
3. Collaborative project work: Coordinate closely with production, process technology and maintenance and ensure that projects are successfully implemented.
4. Lean optimization: Use lean and growth tools to sustainably optimize processes and achieve greater efficiency.
5. Product design and process reliability: Collaborate on product design and help to introduce processes in a standardized and reliable manner.
6. Support and training: Ensure the availability of our machines and train the team in how to use them.

Qualifications:

1. Specialist knowledge and know-how: Knowledge of metal and plastics processing, plus training as a technician in the field of mechanical engineering or process engineering (or equivalent).
2. Lean methods and languages: Experience in lean methods and material flows is a plus, good English skills (B2) round off your profile.

Good-to-have:

1. Analytical and innovative: You work strategically, think analytically and quickly identify potential for improvement.
2. Team player and initiative: With your strong communication skills and integration skills, you will set the tone and help the team move forward.
