You support our team as Senior Expert IT-Support EMEA (f/m/d).

Responsibilities

• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for IT end-user support for the Wertheim production sites and Gilching.
• You assist in the configuration, deployment, management, and troubleshooting of PCs, mobile devices, printers, and other IT devices.
• Your support in local/regional/global IT projects provides you with insights into technological innovations and digital transformation.
• Administering local IT infrastructure and applications at the sites complements your role in IT services.
• You advise partially global users and conduct training on how to best use our digital workplace tools and apps.
• Managing external service providers for IT service delivery is also part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• You have a completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, or a completed vocational training in the IT field.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical professional experience in IT support or IT administration qualifies you for this exciting position.
• You have solid knowledge in the areas of PC hardware, Microsoft software, and networking, with certifications being advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and an independent working style characterize you.
• You excel in communication and possess a pronounced service orientation.
• Your German is fluent in both spoken and written form, and you have a very good command of English.
