Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! This apprenticeship program combines on‑the‑job training with classroom education, allowing you to gain valuable work experience and earn a degree at the end of the 3‑year program.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Participate in a 2‑month internship before the apprenticeship starts.
- Complete a 3‑year study program, including time spent in international offices.
- Study core mechanical engineering topics such as design, strength theory, and materials science, along with quality management modules.
- Attend an induction week to meet fellow students.
- Undertake workshops that develop personal qualities and leadership skills.
- Receive language and IT training.
Qualifications
Desired qualifications include:
- High‑school diploma or equivalent, or university entrance qualification (readiness‑to‑study test).
- Good grades in core subjects, especially math and natural science.
- Interest in technical topics.
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
