Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational availability
• Optimize the existing systems in terms of functionality, state of the art and economic efficiency; this includes in particular the cooling water systems, the thermal oil system, the building heating systems, the ventilation systems, the air conditioning systems, the central wastewater treatment system, the sprinkler system, as well as the hot and cold water and compressed air supply
• Responsible for the maintenance and servicing of these systems and the technical documentation, including the CAD representation of the supply technology, as well as the regular safety inspections of the systems in compliance with all legal regulations in your area of responsibility

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree – preferably in supply engineering – or master craftsman/technician specializing in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technology with several years of experience in a similar position
• CAD knowledge, knowledge of control and regulation technology, technical knowledge and basic business knowledge are advantageous
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
