Responsibilities
- Lead production employees, including deployment planning and personnel development
- Continuous optimization of production processes and mixing procedures to reduce manufacturing costs; independent preparation of work instructions
- Responsible for ensuring, monitoring, and continuously improving occupational, health, and environmental safety within the production area, including documentation and training
- Coordinate procurement, provision, and maintenance of workwear, PPE, equipment, and operating materials
Qualifications
- Several years of leadership experience in liquid production and batch operations, supported by a relevant degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong expertise in production workflows and process optimization, ideally with Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Solid IT skills, including SAP (PP/MM) and MS Office, with the ability to work confidently in data‑driven production environments.
- High awareness of occupational safety and compliance, combined with an independent and solution‑oriented working style.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational skills, resilience, flexibility, and a systematic, structured approach to work.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with very good German and good English language skills.
