Responsibilities:

· Process innovations with the aim of competitive manufacturing processes

· Planning and new development of cost-effective production techniques

· Supporting production in the introduction of newly developed manufacturing technologies

· Development of new systems and machines including functional specifications

· Further development and optimization of existing process flows

· Development and implementation of technical projects to ensure the very high quality standard

· Analysis of process deviations and support in handling complaints

· Support for the series launch of new products

Qualifications:

· Completed technical studies

· Experience in industrial manufacturing processes, if possible in the field of elastomers/plastics

· Experience in project work

· Experience in Six Sigma and methodologies for systematic testing advantageous

· Strong cost awareness and understanding of lean topics to optimize processes

· Good IT and English skills

· Structured and well-organized, independent way of working

· Communication skills and assertiveness
