Responsibilities:

As part of the safety and certification team in the Project Management Office, you are responsible for electrical and functional safety and other safety fields for heavy duty fuel cell systems.

You ensure compliance with relevant standards and approval requirements, carry out risk assessments, and prepare documentation of your work.

Furthermore, you will work closely with the HW & SW departments, development specialists, overall project management, sales, and quality teams.

Your tasks include leading and supervising cooperation with external consultants, customers, and suppliers, which may require sporadic international travel.

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.

You are assertive, a strong communicator, work pragmatically and solution-oriented, and are committed to moderating results-oriented discussions.

You have professional experience in electrical power systems, the automotive industry, or safety technology.

You possess a quick grasp and a basic understanding of technological contexts and their evaluation.

Ideally, you have knowledge of safety standards such as IEC 61508, ISO 26262, and experience with fuel cells.

Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
