Responsibilities:
- Assure zero defect quality for purchased parts
- Perform incoming inspection if purchased parts, prepare and maintain SAP test plan
- Verification PPAP of purchased parts
- Support supplier in case of deviation request
- Document and control deviation approvals
- Concern management
- Creation of work instructions, risk assessments, instructions
- Support SQ-Team with best practice and lessons learned activities
Qualifications:
- Automotive experience within Supplier Development and/or Quality Management System desirable
- Experiences in auditing
- Project Management skills, Problem solving skills
- Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Measurement techniques, Quality tools
- German and English - fluent in writing and speaking
- MS Office, SAP knowledge, Statistic programs (eg. Minitab, QS-Stat), Analytical mindset, Team work
- Open against different cultures
- Willingness to travel
