Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!ResponsibilitiesConsult and support Business Groups in identifying, planning, architecting and integrating SG&A AI use cases into their existing E2E processes and underlying systems by providing suitable AI platforms and solutionsEvaluate and benchmark emerging AI tools; drive the principle of “reuse before purchase before development”, assess portfolio fit and functional overlapDesign and maintain the AI solution and integration architecture for SG&A processes, ensuring seamless connectivity between AI platforms and core business systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Concur, SAP Datasphere…)Own and manage SG&A AI solutions such as e.g. SAP Business AI/Joule, Hypatos, Conduct AI and other AI-enabled business platforms (including architecture, service definition and lifecycle management)Run pilot project for new platforms together with BGsMonitor platform roadmaps, health, adoption and business value, and provide consumption insights to support FinOps, cost transparency and chargeback across Business GroupsDrive AI adoption, standardization and innovation across Freudenberg's global SG&A functionsQualificationsUniversity degree in Information Technology, (Business) Computer Science or a related field8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in IT solution architectureStrong understanding of SG&A business processes, as well as the ways in which AI can be used to optimize themSolid experience with SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Business AI / Joule)Sound knowledge of AI governance, security, data protection and enterprise architectureExperience managing cross-Business Group and international projectsAbility to translate complex AI and IT architectures into clear, business-oriented communication that is understandable to a non-technical audience and executivesFluent in EnglishFreudenberg & Co.
