Responsibilities:

Coordination and execution of development projects in metal forming

Development of new manufacturing processes and optimization of existing production processes

Industrialization of developed technical solutions and products

Programming of applications in the field of engineering design
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Metal Forming Technology
- Proven expertise in metal forming and manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and/or Python
- Extensive experience in project management
- Expertise in metallic materials and metallurgy
- Structured and self-driven working style
- An established network within the metal forming industry is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient user of MS Office and CAD design software
- Willingness to travel
