Responsibilities:
- Support for the implementation of a global contract management system
- Support the Global Contract Manager in contractual matters
- Migration of contracts from the current DOXIS System to the new Contract Management System
- Align with key users for open questions
- Support in answering internal inquiries incl. training and and instruction in the use of the new tool
- Test new features of the Contract Management System during the development phase
Qualifications:
- Studies economics or business law
- Very good communication skills
- First touchpoints with contracts desirable
- Business fluent in German and English
- Reliable and conscientious way of working
