Customer Support Specialist

to join our

Customer Order Processing

team at our Mississauga head office. This is not just any job.....At Fronius Canada, we are experts in our field, our solutions are different and so are our people!

What you will be doing:

Manage and maintain customer database in ourERP system (BaaN) and CRM Prepare sales and service quotations Customer sales / service order processing including coordination of shipments, order acknowledgementand invoicing Handlingof claims (Customer Order Processing and Purchase) Handling the purchasing process (internal as well as external suppliers) Point of contact for questions regarding procurement and logistics and correspondence with dealers and suppliers Support warehouse staff Support marketing and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction through sales process Occasional overseas travel to our parent company for training / meeting Other duties as required

What we are looking for:

Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential Technical understanding and eagerness to learn Working knowledge of ERP System Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong MS Office skills including MS Dynamics CRM Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as a team member Strong attention to detail with emphasis on data entry Strong written and spoken English Multi-tasking skills Post-Secondary Education/Associated Diploma or equivalent experience
