For our department People & Culture, we are looking for a Culture & Employer Branding Professional at our location in Bremerhaven or Hamburg, starting as soon as possible on a permanent basis
Culture & Employer Branding Professional (f/m/d)
Your tasks: We make the difference together
- You coordinate employer branding activities that strengthen our positioning as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.
- You create authentic content across different channels, from social media and career platforms to internal communication.
- You coordinate projects, media plan and external partners, keeping an eye on timelines, quality and impact.
- You support our employee survey, helping turn feedback and insights into meaningful actions.
- You bring our company culture to life through initiatives employees can experience.
Your profile: We like what makes you stand out
- University degree in communications, marketing, HR, psychology, business or a related field.
- First professional experience in employer branding, internal communications, corporate culture, employee experience, marketing or a related area.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a good eye for engaging content.
- Genuine curiosity about people, culture and what makes an organization a great place to work.
- Fluent in German and English skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Germany and Poland.
