System Engineer (f/m/d)

For our IT department, we are looking for SAP Specialist (f/m/d) based in Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Lommatzsch or Bobenheim-Roxheim on a permanent basis.

Your tasks: We make the difference together

• Administration & management of SAP systems (including ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager) covering installation, upgrade, patching, and performance optimization.
• Monitoring and maintenance of system health, availability, and performance across our SAP environments.
• Close collaboration with application and infrastructure teams to support SAP systems on Cloud platforms.
• Planning and execution system refreshes, backups, and recovery operations.
• Participation in SAP project rollouts and migrations .
• Documentation of technical procedures and adherence to ITIL-aligned change, incident, and problem management processes.

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

• Training or professional experience in the IT sector – whether IT specialist, career changer or just real nerd who knows what they\’re doing
• A desire for customer contact: You explain things clearly and remain friendly.
• Technical know-how – ideally in a few of these topics:
  • SAP Windows Server / Azure Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365/Azure
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure or GCP) within SAP environments
• You work independently, are solution-orientated and reliable.
• And above all: you are keen on IT-Service.
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
