Customs Leader (f/m/d)
Job Description
For our department Supply Chain Management at our plant in Bremerhaven, Hamburg or Bydgoszcz we are looking for a Customs Leader (f/m/d) who starts on a permanent basis at the 01.09.2026.
Your tasks: We make the difference together
- Lead and develop the Customs Team across international framework
- Define and drive the FRoSTA Group customs strategy, policies and governance framework
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements
- Ensure harmonized customs processes and compliance standards across all FRoSTA locations
- Manage customs risks, audits and authorizations
- Lead customs audits, authorizations and compliance reviews across the FRoSTA Group
- Provide expert guidance on tariff classification, customs valuation and origin-related matters
- Support business, logistics and supply chain projects from a customs perspective
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of customs processes
Your profile: We like what makes you stand out
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in customs, trade compliance or international logistics
- Good knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures and international trade requirements
- First leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work effectively across locations, functions and cultures
- Fluent English language skills
