Your talent

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in the development of safety-critical systems – especially in the field of robotics or automation
• Knowledge of functional safety (e.g. ISO 13849 or IEC 61508) is an advantage
• Experience with the ISO 10218-1 standard is desirable
• You speak German at native speaker level or have very good German language skills (at least C1)
• Employment at our location in Constance is preferred

Your challenge

• You analyse and assess security risks and implement suitable risk mitigation measures
• You define the development process in accordance with ISO 13849 and ISO 10218-1 (according to the V-model)
• You set up requirements management and specify all essential requirements for hardware, software and management processes
• In close coordination with an interdisciplinary team from mechanical engineering, software and application engineering, you ensure that requirements are understood and fulfilled
• You document all development phases in accordance with industry standards
