Tasks
As our Lead Architect, you’ll take technical ownership of our solution and drive architectural decisions from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the founders and mentor a small, growing team of engineers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, loves building from scratch, and wants their work to have tangible real-world impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and scaling our core systems and getting it production ready
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, UI/UX design and operations
- Leading technical direction for Cloud infrastructure
- Defining the CI/CD pipeline and assuring best-practice DevOps mentality
- Establishing a high-quality SW development culture
- Recruiting and mentoring developers
- Taking on entrepreneurial responsibility as part of the founding “Starting Five” core team and helping to build the company from the ground up
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 7 ** ************+ years of professional experience in commercial software development**, preferably in full-stack roles
- Graduate from a top tier university in Europe or US
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable, distributed systems .
- Self-motivated and able to navigate a fast-changing startup environment .
- Strong software engineering principles : clean code, modularity, testing, and maintainability.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Job Requirements
- Availability: Full-Time
- Valid working permit in Germany
- Fluency in English, German is as a plus
- Willingness to regularly work in our office in Munich , Germany.
