The consultant(s) will be expected to perform the following tasks :
- Review the current event management and audience engagement processes, including tools, platforms, user journeys and content. Recommend solutions for improvement.
- Review and suggest improvements for event marketing and branding.
- Develop a report summarizing findings, recommendations, and an implementation plan.
- Workshop or training session(s) for staff as agreed.
Requirements
- Proven, extensive experience in online, hybrid and in-person event industry and marketing.
- Understanding trends and new digital solutions including AI.
