About The Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator (job title will be Senior Recruiting Associate) to join the Talent Acquisition team in Germany.

The Senior Recruitment Associate is responsible for the coordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview and assessment scheduling, reporting and assisting with career event logistics.

This position will report to the Recruitment Manager and work directly with the Talent Acquisition team to help support Early Talent and Experienced Hire recruitment efforts across multiple segments in Germany and other countries in Europe as applicable. This position offers the opportunity for growth and exposure to multiple HR functions.

What You’ll Do

· Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates; provide prompt support (i.e. last-minute cancellations, rescheduling) for interviews, including on-site logistical issues

· Support the recruiting team with the interview and hiring process as needed from initial job requisition posting through on-boarding of new hires

· Coordinate marketing and advertising of job postings (utilising local job boards as applicable)

· Maintain candidate activity tracking documents and reporting

· Monitor candidate data and status updates in FTI Consulting’s applicant tracking system (Taleo) and Candidate Relationship Management tool (Yello)

· Generate reports for recruiting leads using Excel and other reporting tools

· Coordinate candidate travel with FTI’s internal travel department as needed

· Submit expenses and invoices for candidate travel expenses

· Assisting with local career fair logistics

· Contribute to project work (market research, communications, internship programming, etc.)

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in roles such as recruiting coordinator, recruiting assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar professional capacity

· Professional level of written and verbal German language is preferred

· Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with an applicant tracking system, such as Taleo or Yello

· Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Capable of delivering accurate and efficient service while working under constant deadline pressure

· Skilled in task organisation and prioritisation to ensure effective management

· Proficiency in Excel, including data gathering, consistent metric tracking, and report preparation

· Strong ability to work autonomously with flexibility, particularly in taking initiative, managing multiple tasks, and exercising sound judgment to resolve issues
