Aufgaben / Tasks
o Own the "top-of-the-funnel" problem space, define and execute on a roadmap that is in line with our business and operational objectives geared at increasing the number and engagement of visitors on our website(s) and app
o Work in close collaboration with your peers in SEO operations, performance marketing, website operations, as well as with stakeholders from other departments (branding, consumer marketing, …) to be in tune with the business
o Partner with your engineering team(s) for delivering against your roadmap on time and in quality following an agile approach
o Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior product managers under your care – take charge of their development
o Constantly benchmark, ideate, and investigate novel ways forward – both at your own devices and supported by our researchers and UX team
o Always challenge yourself and others – respectfully

Profil / Qualifikation
o Demonstrated and significant experience as a product manager on consumer-facing products, designing and delivering on growth products/projects – detailed knowledge of SEO, SEA, ad technology, etc. a strong plus
o Demonstrated above-average problem solving skills paired with a practical and hands-on approach
o Good analytical skills including the ability to recognize and solve design problems
o Adequate understanding of web and front-end technologies, exposure/experience to native app implementation a plus
o Effective listening, communication and presentation skills across mid- and top-level management, as well as multiple departments
o Demonstrated leadership experience a big plus
o Fluency in English, German a plus
