Job Description
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AT A GLANCE
Fugro Germany is looking for a QHSSE Country Advisor Germany based in Hamburg or Bremen. Remote working is partly possible.
The person is reporting to the QHSSE Country Manager Germany. The QHSSE Country Advisor will contribute to building a process-oriented and risk-based process landscape compliant with common ISO standards for Fugro Germany Marine and Fugro Germany Land. The person will actively participate in the shaping and encouragement of a QHSSE awareness (culture) within the company.
WHAT YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IN YOUR JOB

Contribution to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a process landscape.

Supporting the introduction and implementation of regional QHSSE strategies, initiatives, and objectives at country level.

Play a part in QHSSE training programs and workshops for managers and employees to promote awareness of quality and environmental management, occupational health, and safety.

Participate in conducting regular audits (internal and external) and inspections.

Support in implementing sustainability initiatives.

Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

Analyze and report QHSSE data and trends, including evaluation of QHSSE customer requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Master’s degree in technical studies, environmental sciences, or equivalent.

Minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience in the field of quality management.
-
Brings experience from an international company and hands-on mentality.

Very good knowledge of ISO standards 9001/14001/45001, experienced in internal and external audits.

Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications (365), databases, and Sharepoint; knowledge of H&S tools is an advantage.

Proactive with analytical and moderation skills and affinity for transforming environments.

Highly independent way of working, brings solution-orientation as well as holistic thinking.

Excellent written and spoken German and English.
