We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Storage Presales Consultant to join our team.
This role combines sales responsibilities with storage‑focused presales consulting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of storage technologies.
Responsibilities Sales Proactively manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting to drive sales opportunities.
Conduct initial customer meetings to understand needs and qualify opportunities.
Collaborate with the field sales team to develop and execute account plans.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast information in our CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to partner development efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships.
Presales Consultant (Storage) Design and architect complex storage solutions.
Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and the sales team.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and new storage technologies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications Strong knowledge of storage technologies, with a focus on Net App products and solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in German and English, with Swiss German and French being a plus.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
