Aufgaben
Responsibilities
During your
internship, you will be fully integrated into the day-to-day business of
the Acquisitions and Asset management team. Your main tasks will
comprise:
- Evaluation of new opportunities (business model, business plan, etc.)
- Building financial models and conducting valuations
- Preparation of draft presentations for current and prospective projects
- Supporting the due diligence process of new targets
- Benchmarking and industry analysis
- Conducting market research
- Supporting
our asset management specialists in employing value-maximizing
strategies for our portfolios Coordination with external providers and
property managers
Qualifikation
Qualification and skills
- A strong interest in finance, real estate, M&A, private equity and related sectors
- Bachelor or master’s students in economics, finance, real estate or a related discipline with outstanding academic performance
- Ability to work within a small and dynamic team
- Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly grasp new tasks and contents
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (this will be tested)
- Fluency in both German and English
- Previous experience in corporate finance or real estate is an advantage, but not a requirement
