We create added value for our customers through our expertise, network, and superior operational support for quantitative and qualitative tasks.As a Team Lead, you will work closely with our clients, the founder and the entire team tolead and further expand our exciting Consulting activities via immediate client exposure and tight collaboration with the founder and entire team.shape the future of our SaaS product by help to expand our offering and enable our Tech team.drive our expansion by leading internal projects end-to-end, e.g., scaling our operations and identify and supporting ongoing internal and external projects.RequirementsWe look for strong proof-points that you are able toAutonomously lead and manage senior client interactions, i.e. at eye level with founders and C-level of ventures ranging from pre-seed to pre-IPO.Structure and execute complex projects simultaneously, i.e. lead multiple consulting cases while driving strategic topics.Work at a high level of professionalism and efficiency, i.e. set and meet deadlines, rigorously apply 80/20 methods, and work outcome driven.Candidates interested in this role, shouldhave a minimum of fours years full time work experience in relevant sectors, i.e. Consulting, Banking, Investment firm, VC-funded venture.possess a Master\’s degree or PhD from any academic background.possess fluent German language skills.BenefitsBesides the exciting opportunity to combine Venture Capital, Startups, and Consulting in one role, FUNDED offersStructured personal development: Training program to sharpen your analytics, story-telling, and project management.
