Engagements are project-based (e.g. 3 months) and partly on-site, depending on needs and project phase. At times you work on multiple projects in parallel, collaborating with the respective teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulli-Design and implement software solutions across various companies in the group — each with its own system landscape, customer needs, and team structure. /lili-Build prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready applications, sometimes independently and sometimes with the teams. /lili-Close collaboration with engineering teams. /lili-Development and integration of AI-based features. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulli-Several years of software engineering experience. /lili-Strong technical foundation (architecture, tradeoffs, clean engineering). /lili-You are "Product-First" — you care about what gets built, not just how. /lili-Strong interest in using coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, ...) in development. /lili-Ability to quickly ramp up in new domains and teams. /lili-Willingness to travel within the DACH region (primarily Switzerland). /lili-Recent graduates are generally not a fit, unless backed by exceptionally strong, relevant projects. /li /ulh3Tech Stack /h3pThe default stack is React, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres.
