In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale initiatives such as server installations, network upgrades, cloud migrations, and data center enhancements. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these projects are strategically aligned with broader business objectives, driving impactful outcomes, and delivering value across the organization. This role demands a deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure, exceptional leadership, and the ability to navigate and manage multifaceted, cross-functional programs. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align diverse teams, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and manage competing priorities in a highly regulated environment. Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry and fluency in English are highly mandatory.What Will You Be Doing:Lead and manage a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, objectives, and adherence to the overall program management methodologies.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and manage program-level plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, while ensuring seamless integration across projects.Provide visionary leadership to project managers and cross-functional teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Facilitate regular program reviews with executive stakeholders with transparent and actionable insights, status updates, and risk assessments.Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage program-level risks and issues, developing robust mitigation strategies to address technical, regulatory, and operational challenges.Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including charters, roadmaps, status reports, RAID logs, and post-program evaluations, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and GxP regulations compliance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the program, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future project performance and outcomes.What We Are Looking For:Technical Expertise: Proven ability to design, deploy, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components, including:Server installations and configurations.Network architecture and security protocols (e.g., VPNs, SD-WAN, firewalls).Cloud migrations (AWS / Azure / Hybrid environments).Data center operations and disaster recovery planning.Leadership Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience managing large-scale IT Infrastructure programs, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure strategic alignment.Pharma Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Life Sciences regulations and GxP compliance.Certifications: PMP certification is mandatory.
