We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain and Production Planning Consultant with SAP PP and SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) knowledge to join our team for a global rollout project based in Germany. This role involves rolling out an existing template based on SAP PP, SAP IBP, and another SAP-based solution on S4HANA to enhance demand planning, supply planning, and overall integrated business processes across various regions. The ideal candidate would:

1. Lead implementation and configuration of SAP PP and IBP modules, aligning with global business requirements and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design effective SAP solutions for demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
3. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP PP and IBP issues, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA QM, EWM, SD, MM).
4. Conduct user training, create documentation, and participate in system testing and go-live support to ensure successful project execution.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices in integrated business planning.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP PP and SAP IBP Consultant, with expertise in implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and IBP processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to work closely with clients to gather business requirements and deliver tailored SAP IBP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP PP and IBP module.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in English is required. German is a huge plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and global rollout projects is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs.
