Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate integration sessions across project streams.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between cross‑functional teams by organizing meetings, tracking follow‑ups, and defining clear deliverables.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of integrated solutions (cross‑module and process integration) throughout all project phases in line with strategic plans.
  • Support the resolution of cross‑process issues and manage escalations effectively.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Govern and coordinate end‑to‑end (E2E) business scenarios to ensure consistency and completeness.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience working with SAP
  • Proven experience with cross‑functional integration in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and scenario management.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA particularly in logistics‑related modules.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English; German is a nice to have.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic multi‑stakeholder environment.
