Job Description We are seeking a proactive Data Quality Expert to support the early‑stage adoption of Ataccama ONE across business units within a leading pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you will not only bring technical knowledge of data quality tools but also play a key role in educating stakeholders on the value of data quality initiatives. You will act as an ambassador for Ataccama ONE, guiding client departments through their first steps in leveraging the tool and helping them understand the business rationale behind data quality rule creation. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business and IT, translating technical capabilities into tangible business benefits. What you will be doing: Implement data quality KPIs in Ataccama ONE. Engage stakeholders across business units to promote understanding and adoption of Ataccama ONE. Conduct workshops or one‑on‑one sessions to demonstrate the value of data quality initiatives. Support departments in defining their initial data quality needs and rules. Educate non‑technical stakeholders on the business impact of data quality rules and KPIs. Guide teams through the onboarding process with Ataccama ONE, ensuring alignment with central data governance concepts. Translate business requirements into technical configurations , rules, and monitoring logic. Work closely with business consultants and concept owners to align on execution priorities and timelines. Develop, test, and deploy data quality dashboards and reports based on defined KPIs. Troubleshoot technical issues related to data profiling, rule execution, and data monitoring. Document implementation steps, processes, and data flows for audit and operational readiness. Support the handover to operations or data stewardship teams. Qualifications Must‑Have Skills and Competencies Hands‑on experience with Ataccama ONE Strong technical understanding of data architecture , data pipelines, and metadata management. Experience implementing KPI monitoring and data quality rules in enterprise environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex data models and structures. Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with business and technical teams. Ability to work autonomously while adhering to concept and governance standards. Optional Skills and Competencies Experience working in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. Familiarity with data integration platforms , SQL scripting, or API‑based configurations. Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GxP or GDPR. Experience facilitating training or onboarding sessions. Experience using reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for KPI presentation.
