As a Veeva Network Business Analyst, you bridge business needs with technical solutions in a pharma setting. You will work with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM and Network, guiding data migrations and interface definitions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and industry best practices, supporting UAT and documentation. You’ll influence strategy, drive integrative design, and help streamline master data flows across Veeva systems. This role offers global collaboration and meaningful impact on client transformations.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders for Veeva Network, Vault, and Veeva CRM integrations
- Translate complex business needs into functional specs and workflows
- Support data cleansing, matching, and legacy data migration to Veeva systems
- Define interface specifications and ensure cross-platform integration
- Validate business processes and support User Acceptance Testing
- Consult with business teams on strategy and technical requirements as IT liaison
- Facilitate issue resolution and backlog refinement
- Assist with testing materials and training content since product lifecycle alignment
- Manage integration timelines and align milestones across initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Proven BA experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM and Veeva Network in pharma
- Experience in data migration from Master Data Management systems to Veeva
- Strong understanding of pharma regulatory practices
