Venture Manager - Brain-Computer-Interfaces

Your mission with us

For our new venture within the FUTRUE Group, we are immediately seeking a Venture Manager – Brain-Computer-Interfaces (m/f/d) to develop the leading generation of brain-computer interfaces with us by 2030, redefining the boundaries of medicine. Our vision: Restoring mobility to the paralyzed, sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf, and speech to the mute.

Your tasks

You will oversee the development of our Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) in close collaboration with management.

• Analyze and assess the latest state of science and technology, as well as the commercial potential of various BCI application scenarios, and translate your findings into strategic recommendations for management.
• Set up a development plan with us and take over its management to build our innovative lead.
• Build a team of talented engineers with us to support the BCI design and development, including electrodes and chips.
• Subsequently, support the further build-up of the company: establish and lead Quality, Regulatory, or Clinical Trial functions, or develop Market Access and sales structures, and ensure the successful market launch of our BCI.
• Coordinate the interfaces with our development partners and internal FUTRUE teams and manage the development timeline and budget.

Requirements

• You are passionate about shaping the next major innovation in the health-tech sector in an environment with fast decision‑making processes.
• You have a proven track record of leading complex development projects in the hardware‑related field and excellent technical understanding.
• You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a top‑tier consulting firm or a similarly dynamic environment.
• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Neuroscience, or a comparable field.
• You have a strong drive, the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and can communicate complex issues concisely.
• You are business‑fluent in English or German (min. C1).
