Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong CSA background looking to work on a major data centre development in Bedburg?
Join an established international contractor delivering technically complex projects across Europe. You’ll take responsibility for coordinating civil, structural and architectural works, ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme.
This is a hands-on management position where you’ll work closely with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to maintain high standards across the site.
Your Role as a CSA Construction Manager Will Include:
- Managing civil, structural and architectural works on site.
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and daily activities.
- Monitoring quality, safety, progress and programme requirements.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, RAMS and construction information.
- Resolving technical and site coordination issues.
As a CSA Construction Manager, You Will Have:
- Construction management experience on major building projects.
- A strong civil, structural or architectural background.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work packages.
- Data centre, industrial or large-scale construction experience.
- EU/EEA working rights or permission to work in Germany.
