BMS Manager in Düsseldorf

Your Role as a BMS Manager Will Include:

• Managing the BMS package from design coordination and procurement through installation, commissioning and final handover.
• Coordinating specialist subcontractors, vendors and multidisciplinary MEP teams.
• Reviewing technical submissions, controls strategies, schematics, points lists and sequences of operation.
• Ensuring the BMS integrates effectively with mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and other critical systems.
• Monitoring programme, quality, safety and commercial performance across the package.
• Supporting testing, commissioning, witnessing and integrated systems testing.
• Managing technical issues, change control, documentation and client reporting.

As a BMS Manager, You Will Have:

• Previous experience managing BMS, controls or building automation packages on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BMS design, installation, integration and commissioning.
• Experience within data centres, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or industrial environments.
• The ability to coordinate specialist contractors and communicate effectively with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Flexibility to work site-based in Düsseldorf.
