Your Role as an MEP Estimator Will Include:
- Preparing detailed mechanical and electrical estimates for major data centre projects.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes of work and tender documentation.
- Producing accurate take‑offs, cost plans, tender submissions and commercial comparisons.
As an MEP Estimator, You Will Have:
- Previous experience estimating mechanical and electrical packages for a main contractor or specialist MEP contractor.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction costs and the tendering process.
- Experience working on data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or other technically complex projects.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and scopes accurately.
