Huawei\’s Munich Research Center is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products. The Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) teams are rapidly growing and focused on advanced automotive technologies in multiple domains.

Your role

Senior Technology Planning Engineer Automotive Industry – fixed term 2 years (m/f/d)

Your mission

Strengthen our high-profile technical planning team for Intelligent Automotive Solutions. With a holistic view on the European technologies and market, you will:

• Based on the current major issues and strategic product direction, identify and recruit top universities and enterprises in the intelligent vehicle field in Europe
• Identify valuable technical leads, track and verify their value, and promote technical cooperation and technical project initiation
• Prepare internal reporting and communication with teams
• Communicate with universities and enterprises, and organize planning activities, including technical demonstrations and workshops
• Willingness to travel (20%+ annually)

Your areas of expertise

• You have completed professional education, a Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• You demonstrate a \“problem solver\“ attitude with hands-on experience.
• You are familiar with European education resources and the European intelligent car industry.
• You are passionate about Automotive Technologies and the future development of mobility.
• You have a well-structured working style and strive to stay ahead of the curve.
• Proficiency in English is necessary.
